Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Reliable sources are needed to make this edit. Thus far, both Maduro and the opposition have declared election victory, and we will not call the election here on WIkipedia. General Ization ^Talk 00:50, 31 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Currently Edmundo Gonzalez Urritia is listed as President on the Article. Please fix that, because no matter who the election winner is, the inauguration takes place on the 10th January of 2025 which makes Maduro the President of Venezuela until that date.

Orphaned references in Venezuela

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Venezuela's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Seemingly biased sources cited for "dictatorship" label

The sources cited arguing the country has become a "dictatorship" are largely American ones that have been historically biased against countries not aligned with the U.S. There are no Venezuelan sources, nor ones from international organizations. I think at least adding a tag acknowledging disputed neutrality should be done. NonHydranary (talk) 23:02, 9 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
